RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or torn upon arrival
- Product has visible manufacturing defects such as uneven stitching, mismatched pairs, or material flaws
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product has an unusual odor or stains when first unpacked
- An item is missing from the order
All return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests raised after this window will not be eligible.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the product must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Be in its original packaging with tags and labels intact
- Not be a sale, promotional, or final-sale item
We reserve the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the above conditions upon inspection.
