3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Final charges including taxes, shipping fees, and applicable discounts are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3.3 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS AND BILLING

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You agree to the pricing, taxes, and shipping charges displayed at checkout

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, placed by resellers, or that exceed purchase limits. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be initiated within 7 business days.

All online transactions are secured using SSL/TLS encryption. We do not store your card or banking credentials. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment aggregator that complies with PCI-DSS standards.

For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery by our logistics partner. We reserve the right to limit COD availability based on location or order value.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship across India through third-party logistics partners. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.

In case of non-delivery due to incorrect address or failure to receive, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

7.1 Returns

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Products purchased during sale periods are not eligible for return.

7.2 Exchanges

Exchanges may be requested for size or product issues subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. If an exchange is made after a sale period ends, standard pricing applies and any price difference must be paid by the customer.

7.3 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@socksbazar.com with your order details.

7.4 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

SECTION 8 – SALE, OFFERS, AND PROMOTIONS

Sale prices are valid only during the stated promotional period
We reserve the right to modify or end any promotion without prior notice
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
We are not liable for typographical errors in pricing or offer details

SECTION 9 – GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue
Redeemable only on our website and cannot be exchanged for cash
Multiple gift cards may be used in a single order
Unused balances remain valid until expiry
Refunds from cancelled orders where a gift card was used will be credited back to the gift card
Users are responsible for keeping gift card details confidential
Gift cards are non-transferable once registered
Gift cards are regulated as prepaid payment instruments under RBI guidelines
Terms governing gift cards may be updated without prior notice

SECTION 10 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, trademarks, product images, descriptions, and website design, is the intellectual property of Socks Bazar and is protected under applicable Indian laws including the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Copyright Act, 1957.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including but not limited to:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at Office No. 325, Third Floor, Naroda Business Point Opp. Swaminarayan Park, Near Maharshi Sandipani School, Nava Naroda, Ahmedabad Gujarat – 382330, India.

SECTION 19 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be India.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a competent court.
